Shipping & Delivery Polices
For international buyers, all orders are shipped and delivered through registered and reliable international courier companies only. For domestic buyers within India, orders are shipped through trusted and registered domestic courier partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of purchase, subject to courier company and shipping norms.
Divin Scents is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies, shipping authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier or postal service in good condition, along with the required documentation.
All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. Delivery confirmation and tracking details will be shared on your registered email ID as provided during checkout.
